o Knowledge and understanding of a variety of effective strategies and techniqueso Ability to communicate and interact effectively with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and community members.
o Provide support and guidance to staff and students to ensure all students' services, programs, and supports are appropriately implemented.
o Leadership with a 21st-century perspectiveRowland Unified serves a diverse, multilingual student community.

RUSD requires applicants to have a valid California Credential in Pupil Services:
School Social Worker or School Child Welfare and Attendance Masters degree in Social Work, and a California License for Clinical Social Work.
Please submit the following:
o Letter of Introductiono Resumeo Credential copy:
California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Worker or School Child Welfare and Attendance (Include Credential Document number for CTC verification)o Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and from at least one direct supervisor)o Transcripts (reflecting Master's degree and coursework and all college coursework credits)o California License for Clinical Social WorkAll documents in the list of the required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application.

Recommended Skills Family Therapy Radiation Treatment Planning Child Welfare Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Community Mental Health Services Mental Health Counseling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
