RUSD requires applicants to have a valid California Credential in Pupil Services:
School Social Worker or School Child Welfare and Attendance Masters degree in Social Work, and a California License for Clinical Social Work.

California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Social Worker or School Child Welfare and Attendance (Include Credential Document number for CTC verification)o Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and from at least one direct supervisor)o Transcripts (reflecting Master's degree and coursework and all college coursework credits)o California License for Clinical Social WorkAll documents in the list of the required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
