Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Count daily sales and performs other accounting duties.
Responsible for leading the procedures of recruiting, employment, changes, vacation, and resignation.
Performs the onboarding process for new employees and verifies employee documentationConduct new hire orientation including review of the Employee handbook and completing new hire documentationUpdates and maintains employee personnel files and recordsConduct payroll processing on ADP, attend to payroll related problem, and report back to the HR department.
Distribute and pass on company files and other HR notification to employeesMaintain database records and compiles reports from database as neededTakes proactive approaches when dealing with employee concernsPartner with front house manager and back house manager to support the operationPerforms other duties as assignedFounded in 1994, Haidilao has become an internationally renowned hotpot brand and catering giant with over 20 years of development.
