Be self-motivated and have a basic understanding of business principles Have a generally flexible schedule and be able to work nights & weekends Have good communication and team building skills Be open to take and provide feedback to grow the team and business Understand the importance of great efficiency and service 1-2 years of restaurant experience is a plus Speaking Chinese is a plus Job Types:
