Our role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety levels.
Responsibilities 1.
Greet and welcome customers upon arrival at the reception area.
Help customers place orders via Quickbook 2.
Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping 3.
Administrative support through data entry using an online database, generate the daily report, weekly report, e-file to google sheet 4.
Clerical tasks, including scan documents, photocopy, email correspondence, and other office duties assigned 6.
Container tracking by following up the procedures 7.
Perform and manage returns daily, follow up with the warehouse 8.
Communicate with oversea team in China through email.
Qualifications 1) Bilingual in both Mandarin Chinese and English 2) Minimum 1 year of office assistant or customer service is preferred 3) Skills in Microsoft Office:
