- Communicate with clients regarding meal waivers, billing late fees, timesheets, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for each client's payroll processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
- Multitask effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in payroll processing or related field.
